low calorie healthy crepes
Crepes.
Never made these deals in my life, but love consuming them. The first time I had one was at a restaurant a couple months back. Instantly, I fell in love with them. But how do I make them? After a few times looking for recipes, I discovered that they are really not that difficult to prepare. Just mix the batter, cook, fill, and BOOM. Done. So, let's get in the kitchen!

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
3 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, applesauce, and coconut oil. Stir until fully combined. Next, add flour and cinnamon. Mix until a thin consistency.
Heat a round frying pan around medium and put whatever oil you want on it. I used non-stick cooking spray. One warm, pour about 1/8 to 1/4 cup of batter into pan, and tilt pan to make sure the crepe is as big as the pan. You don't want to pour too much batter because you want the crepe to be thin. When the top doesn't look as glossy, flip. Wait about 10 seconds and you're done! Fill with whatever you like. Since I didn't have berries, I filled mine with Greek yogurt and banana with a little bit of xylitol.
And there you have it, folks! These are absolutely delicious if you like a little bit of a apple flavor and "earthy" type of taste. I adore that. Oh, did I mention you could use whatever kind of milk or flour? So these could probably count as gluten-free!
Okay, enough with the rambling. Adios!
Lots of Love,
