yes, you may look away from the title because it sounds bland, but hear me out. The strawberries and spinach, plus the banana, create a perfectly sweet and filling meal! Well... maybe half of one. even if it's not too appealing to the eyes, this is perfect to sip on after a workout, or when you're looking for a quick blend to fill you up enough for 2 to 3 hours. Anyway, let's get straight into the recipe. Ingredients 1 cup of water 1/4 cup of yogurt (i used grass-fed yogurt, but you could use Greek yogurt, or any type of unflavored yogurt) 1/2 of a banana 1/2 cup of strawberries (mine was frozen and thawed, but it's better if you use fresh) 1 cup of baby spinach Optional - any kind of sweetener (stevia, honey, etc.) Directions Simply take your blender (I had a Magic Bullet), and place all of your ingredients into it.
